To cut a long story short, im in a dicy situation. I'm a NQT whose failed 2 terms and is on a final written warning from his school.
I have 4 weeks to turn things around. Fortunately, I will be getting a lot of support.

My main concern is turning some of classes around - and doing things so that they see I care, and quickly. I really need advice
on classroom management, in seeing things not specifically in terms of punishment, but reasonable judging situations and responding accordingly
which is difficult when your in the situation I am.

I would really appreciate any advice.

It's really hard to answer as I'm not totally sure what problems you mean you are having? Could you possibly give some examples of specific situations so I can try and give you some input? What year group are you talking about?
