Any Initiatives re Cyber Bullying

There has been a lot of press coverage lately about Cyber Bullying! are there any initiatives currently in place or in the pipeline to make children more aware of the problem?
Is there anything being taught at present or anywhere I can get more information about how we could potentially get the right messages across to the children?
