Investigation of Numeracy Teachers Experience at Levels 1&2

Please, can anyone share their experience of teaching Numeracy at levels 1 and 2 in terms of curriculum, planning and enabling learning, theories and principles of planning and enabling learning, managing students' behaviour and the effectiveness/importance of Numeracy as one of the required functional skills for college students?
